Typical Summer Program Schedule
4-12 weeks for 80-240 class hours

8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the student's accommodations

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, Modern Standard Arabic class (MSA)

1:00-3:00 p.m. Lunch Break

3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday Moroccan dialect class (Darija)
3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday Darija activity (outing, presentation or other)


Professors available at the AALIM Center for office hours and individual help. In addition, once or twice a week, outside-of-class MSA activities are scheduled: lectures, presentations, workshops, cultural activities. These are announced at the beginning of each program. The specific content may vary.

Students are expected to complete approximately 3-5 hours of homework per day.
